Hey, I’m Tami ‘The Crystal Diva’. I love crystals as much as I do breathing, laughing, and smiling.
I’m a rather creative soul and love helping others transform and start enjoying ‘just being’ while supporting your journey into the next chapter of life. I like to look at your symptoms and dig a little deeper to the cause, supporting you to own your energy, through your chakra system. Stand in your power, love who you are, quirks and all.
As a holistic practitioner I work with energy, energy leaves an imprint, and this is what we work with together in our sessions. Crystals are energy, we are energy, I love combining my years of experience with crystals, colour, reiki, E.F.T and mindfulness to create a bespoke session that meets your needs.
Over the years I have been supporting clients with trauma from childhood and current situations, I have been working with adolescents and children who are suffering with anxiety, self-esteem, and confidence issues. Adults who feel lost and struggling with direction and motivation. Women on burn out, you know the ones, the ones spinning and juggling seven or eight plates while holding down jobs, family, and life!

Crystal Chakra Balancing

Crystal Trauma Track
£50 allow up to an hour and a half for the session.
When we have experienced a level of trauma in our lives our bodies can hold onto it like a photograph. Our bodies are amazing and love to protect us, but sometimes it prevents us from healing and working through the trauma. The crystal trauma track enables you to acknowledge the trauma and know it has a place in the past, releasing the hold it has on you. Using crystals on the body that support the trauma experienced, enables our energetic bodies to heal and reset to a healthy level.

An hour of pure crystal bliss, you lay in a crystal net that has been designed specifically for your needs, wellbeing, and health. All you are required to do is, allow yourself to relax and let the crystals do their job. A plan moving forward will be formulated with some options for you to use crystals in your life to maintain your wellbeing. Fantastic for stress, emotional imbalance, and energy blocks.

A session is £20 per hour.
A session for parents and their child/children who are affected by anxiety, trauma, self – confidence and self – esteem issues. These sessions aim to give your child some self-help strategies, a mini toolkit at their fingertips. Full of self-help strategies, mindful breathing, EFT, and crystals that support the needs of your child. A deep dive into those BIG emotions that can rock us sometimes. I am offering a holistic approach in supporting your worried, anxious child. Aimed at children and young people aged 11yrs – 18 yrs.

Ribbons and Rocks
£20 for a one – hour session
A session for parents and their child/children who are affected by anxiety, trauma, self – confidence and self – esteem issues. These sessions aim to give your child some self-help strategies, a mini toolkit at their fingertips. Full of mindful breathing, EFT, colour, and crystals through story telling, pictures and play, that all support the needs of your child. A deep dive into those BIG emotions that can rock us sometimes. I am offering a holistic approach in supporting your worried, anxious child. This is run in very small groups of no more than six children, I try and keep the ages similar.

Usui Reiki

Usui Reiki is a hands on or off, light touch healing technique using universal energy. Reiki can be used to release those underlying emotional blocks, helping you understand the reasons behind some ailments. Karuna Reiki

Karuna Reiki ® evolved out of Usui and Tibetan Reiki, from a desire and a knowledge that there is always something more to uncover. Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means compassionate action. Reiki can be used for relaxation, problem solving, light bulb aha moments, empowerment, and release.

Tapping Turtles
£20 per child.
Tapping Turtles has been designed for children aged between 4 and 11 years old. Tapping works on the blockages that may exist in our energy system, these blockages can make us feel uncomfortable and emotionally unstable. When we have blockages, we limit our beliefs and behaviours. Emotional Freedom relates to your child having complete independence over their behaviours, actions, moods, and feelings. Tapping will help your child achieve a natural state of peace and calm. E.F.T aims to tackle the emotional challenges children face.

The Happy Crystal Tree Adventures
£10 per child per session.
The Happy Chrystal Tree Adventures is a workshop all about mindfulness, breath work, crystals, activities around being mindful and keeping the magic alive. This group is kept small to allow sensitive children who struggle around large groups and other people’s energy. It is a space where like-minded spirited children can mix and freely express themselves.

Reiki Children
£90 per child for the 9 hours.
Making a difference one child at a time. An amazing tool kit for your child to have at their fingertips, powering up their self-esteem, offering a sense of security and belonging. The key to self-empowerment, the key to the Reiki door. This is a journey of self-discovery, balance, connections, and respect. For children aged 6 – 11 years old. Reiki Children is run over three 2hr sessions and one 3hr session, so a total of 9hrs. All materials supplied, enquire for the next Reiki Children dates.
