Usui Reiki was developed by Mikao Usui in the 1920’s and it is a system of teachings, techniques and meditations designed first and foremost to help people access their truest self and to live from this best possible version of themselves.

How and where?
I provide a three day course in Usui Reiki training in small groups so that my students walk away, having had enough practice time of all aspects of the Reiki system so they are confident in their abilities and have the space and time individually to develop.
This is held at the Silver Web Holistic Centre @ The Old Bank, Eyre Street, Clay Cross, which is a thriving holistic centre offering excellence in health and well-being.
