Acupuncture Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Acupuncture
Ancient Art, Modern Practice
Acupuncture is a time‑honoured healing tradition, still embraced by millions worldwide for its ability to restore balance and wellbeing. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it takes a whole‑person approach—mind, body, and spirit—recognising the intricate ways all parts of you connect and respond to life.
Tailored to You
No two people are alike, and neither are acupuncture treatments.
Each treatment is crafted around your unique needs, often complemented by therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, or massage—all included in the cost.
Restoring Balance
Using fine, sterile needles placed at specific points, acupuncture encourages your body to return to its natural rhythm. As balance is restored, symptoms ease, energy flows more freely, and you can return to feeling like your best self.
What to Expect
Your first appointment includes a thorough consultation exploring not just your immediate concerns, but also lifestyle factors like sleep, diet, and medical history. This holistic centred view ensures that we create a whole picture, allowing us to treat not only the ailment you came for but all the other niggling issues that created the pathway to your current state of health.
During acupuncture, you may feel a gentle tingling, warmth, or dull ache—sensations that signal your body’s healing response.
