Since my very first session in 2007, Reiki has been a guiding light on my path—first as a practitioner, then as a teacher of this gentle, transformative art. Rooted in the wisdom of Mikao Usui, Reiki is a hands-on practice that soothes the body, calms the mind, and nurtures the spirit.
In each session, you are invited into a cocoon of peace: soft blankets, tranquil music, and 40-45 minutes of uninterrupted you-time. Reiki helps dissolve stress, ease aches, quieten anxiety, and restore balance, allowing your spirit to shine with clarity and calm.
This is more than relaxation—it is a soulful return to harmony, where resilience grows and life feels lighter, brighter, and more centred.
