Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) 

Tapping works on the blockages that may exist in our energy system, these blockages can make us feel uncomfortable and emotionally dysregulated. When we have blockages, we limit our beliefs and behaviours. Emotionally Freedom relates to you having complete independence over your behaviours, actions, moods and feelings. It’s about acknowledgment, not staying there and achieving a natural state of peace and calm.
