I am an experienced Usui Reiki Teacher and Practitioner, energy worker, and teacher of spiritual practices, with over 17 years’ experience. All courses are intentionally kept small to ensure a relaxed, supportive learning environment, with teaching tailored to each individual’s journey.
Usui Reiki Level One – Beginnings
Developed by Mikao Usui over 100 years ago, Usui Reiki is a system of teachings, techniques, and meditations designed to reconnect you with your truest self and support daily life with greater ease and self-love.
Reiki Level One is first and foremost about self-healing. It offers tools to navigate life’s challenges, gently resolve past pain and trauma, and build a deeper relationship with yourself. You will also learn how to share Reiki safely with family and friends.
Level One Training Covers:
- The history and foundations of Usui Reiki
- Core teachings and principles
- Meditations to deepen self-connection
- Self-Reiki practice
- Hands-on techniques and positions for friends and family
- Introduction to mantra and symbol
- Understanding the body’s energy systems
- Case studies and guided practice

Usui Reiki Level Two – Practitioner Training
Reiki Level Two is a deeper exploration of Usui Reiki and your own healing journey. Over three days, we expand your skills, confidence, and understanding—supporting you to work more effectively with others while continuing your personal development.
This training focuses on stepping into your potential, overcoming fear, and learning how to create safe, grounded, and meaningful Reiki sessions for clients, friends, and family.
Level Two Training Covers:
- Conducting Reiki sessions from start to finish
- Creating safe, supportive treatment spaces
- Client care, boundaries, and session structure
- Advanced Reiki techniques and methods
- Harmony and balance within your practice
- Mantra and symbology
- Attunement
- Case studies and practical experience
- Supporting others in recognising their own potential
Reiki Level Two supports both personal and professional growth and allows you, if you choose, to offer Reiki to a wider audience as a practitioner.

Usui Reiki Facilitator / Master Practitioner Training
This advanced training supports those ready to step fully into the role of Reiki Practitioner and Teacher. Over three days, we refine your skills, deepen your self-healing journey, and focus on your unique strengths and gifts.
Facilitator Training Includes:
- Responsibilities of a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher
- Advanced Reiki techniques and applications
- Final attunement
- Learning the attunement and empowerment process
- Teaching Reiki using your individual strengths
- Support with creating your own manuals
