Intuitive Development, Crystal Work & Soulful Movement Practices

Each month, we open our circle with a gentle crystal meditation, a moment to breathe deeply and let the stones guide your intuition. You’ll be invited to work personally with the crystals, listening to their quiet wisdom and discovering the unique ways their energies speak to you.

Together, we’ll explore the gifts and benefits of these luminous allies, weaving knowledge with experience. Some months we may create crystal grids, while other times we’ll focus on manifesting intentions or balancing the chakras—whether in group harmony or in your own sacred space.

This is a nurturing, heart-centred gathering within our spiritual community, where kindness flows freely and everyone is welcomed with warmth. With only 10 places available each month, the circle remains intimate, supportive, and deeply connected, led by well established practitioners.

Step into a space within our holistic community where dance becomes medicine and movement transforms into prayer. These classes invite you to soften into yourself, allowing your body to express its unique language of rhythm and flow. 

Each session merges Elemental Movement Meditation (EMM) with the gentle authenticity of movement, guiding you to reconnect with your heart, your breath, and your inner landscape. Whether you find yourself standing tall, moving freely, or simply seated, the invitation remains the same: to listen deeply, to embrace your movement as it is, and to uncover the joy that arises when body and soul unite in harmony.

Regular practice nourishes the nervous system, weaving calm and vitality through your days, awakening a sense of well-being, lightness, and delight—reminding us that joy is not something we pursue, but something we embody.

Come as you are. Wear clothing that feels comfortable and free, and bring water to sip as we journey together.

Why Develop Your Intuition?

Strengthening your intuition is one of the most empowering gifts you can give yourself. As your inner knowing deepens, trust in yourself grows and the need for external validation fades. Decisions become clearer, fear loosens its grip, and you gain the freedom to live more authentically.

Developing your intuition also opens the door to discovering and refining your own unique gifts and abilities, allowing you to connect deeply with your own self and our guides and helpers.

We are energetic beings — not only of blood and bone, but of Qi, our vital life force and spirit, which guides and animates us through our experiences.

What to Expect

This class is open to everyone — no prior experience required. You’ll be welcomed into a supportive, inclusive spiritual community.

Each session includes meditation, guidance on the evening’s topic, and time to practice and integrate new skills.
