The Healer's Exchange
The Healer's Exchange is a collaborative gathering for practitioners across all holistic modalities to come together in community, connection, and shared practice.
Each exchange includes a guided meditation, a core theme for the session, and the opportunity to both give and receive treatments through a mutual swap of therapies. Alongside this, there is space to expand your existing knowledge, explore different approaches, and learn from the wisdom and experience of fellow practitioners.
Whether your practice is hands-on, energetic, or intuitive, this exchange offers a supportive environment to deepen your work, broaden your understanding, and reconnect with the heart of why we heal—together.

Crystal Connections
Think of these classes as an energetic gift to yourself. They are a sharing of energy and healing, an opportunity to work with crystals and the crystalline energies they gift us. See them as an opportunity to look after your wellbeing, hone your crystal and other healing energies while exploring different ways of working with crystals and energy in your life.
Bring your own lunch on these days, refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Classes are held 10 – 16:00, £20 per person, per class.

Reiki Share
Reiki Shares offer a supportive space to refresh your skills and practice Reiki within a community of like-minded practitioners.
Each share includes a theme or focus for the day, a guided meditation, opportunities to expand your Reiki practice, and time to both give and receive Reiki.
All levels are welcome—whether you are Reiki Level One or Three, returning after a long break, or navigating a lack of confidence. Reiki is meant to be shared. It is meant to build connection and community, and we are all here to learn, grow, and support one another in this shared human experience.

Forest Bathing and Nature Guide Sessions
Shinrin Yoku the art of mindfully immersing yourself in a forest or nature environment, with the intention of improving your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Connecting to your surroundings engaging all your senses.
Come and slow down, mindfully connect and just be while being guided through some invitations and activities. Boosting your immune system, improving your mood and reducing any stress levels.
The sessions cater for various groups, individuals, friendships groups and families with children.
Cost:
£45 per person for Forest Bathing.
£65 per family up to 2 children.
£200 per group of 5 people on one booking.

Come along and lean into the magic of these seasonal festivals from the wheel of the year. With a mixture of information gathering, crystal magic, nature nerding, crafting and meditations, the classes are always popular.

13th Rite of the Womb
You are warmly invited to a full transformative day in circle—a sacred space to release fear and pain, reconnect with the divine feminine within, and awaken her power.
This work draws on a lineage of women who chose freedom from suffering. It is a remembering: the womb is not a place to hold fear and pain, but a place of creation, life, and passion. Through the 13th Rite, you are offered the opportunity to heal not only your own lived experiences, but also ancestral wounds carried through the feminine line.
Throughout the day, you will learn, heal, and grow in sisterhood through ritual, energy practices, sound healing, and shared ceremony. You will both receive and give the 13th Rite within the circle, and leave with a manual and certification—empowering you to carry and share this sacred Rite with others.
We gather for a full day of truth-sharing, nourishment, and ceremony.
You will not leave as you arrived—lighter of fear and pain, and fuller in spirit, passion, and feminine power.
We heal by rising together.
